Welcome to Kupit AI. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding information collected through our mobile application “Kupit AI: Chat with Characters”. By downloading, installing, or using our App, you agree to the terms described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use our application.
Kupit AI is an AI powered character chat and role play application. We collect the following categories of data:
· Chat Content & User Generated Content: Text messages, character descriptions, scenarios, and original character (OC) data you create or send during conversations with AI characters. This content is used only to generate AI replies, deliver role play responses and run core app functions.
· Device Information: Anonymous technical data including device model, operating system version, app crash logs, and unique device identifiers, used for troubleshooting, performance improvement and service security.
· Voluntarily Provided Contact Data: If you email our support team, we may receive your email address and any information you include inside your message.
We do not actively collect your real name, phone number, precise geographic location unless you manually submit that information inside your chat messages.
All collected data will only be used for these lawful purposes:
· Provide, maintain and improve our AI chat and role play services
· Process and respond to your conversations with AI characters
· Fix bugs, analyze app stability, and optimize user experience
· Reply to your customer support requests
· Protect our service, detect fraud and enforce our terms
Your chat conversations will not be sold, rented, or shared for third party marketing purposes without your clear written permission.
Our App may use trusted third party service providers to deliver AI chat functions, analytics or crash reporting. These third party providers receive only data required to complete their tasks and are bound by their own privacy policy agreements. You are encouraged to review their privacy policies:

No user personal data is shared with outside advertisers.
We take commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your chat data and device information. Data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted in transit. However, no internet based service can guarantee 100% security of information.
· Chat history and user created character data will be stored only as long as necessary to deliver the service.
· You have the right to request full deletion of your chat related data.

We will process your request within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal record keeping requirements.
Kupit AI is not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under 18. If you believe we have collected data from a child, contact us immediately so we can remove that data.
